Ms Juliet Shelley

Juliet Shelley is a teacher of Pilates and the Alexander Technique. She has a B.A (Hons) in Dance from the Laban Centre of Movement and Dance, University of London Goldsmiths College and attended the School for New Dance Development in Amsterdam (SNDO) for one year. Juliet has been a freelance dancer, teacher and choreographer since 1987. Her experience in Klein Technique, Ideokinesis, Body Mind Centering and Yoga is from attending workshops and classes as a practitioner from 1984 to today. She studied Klein Technique with Susan Klein, Barbara Mahler and Jeremy Nelson, Ideokinesis with John Rolland, Body Mind Centering with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen and Olive Bieringa and Yoga with Donna Fahri and Shiva Rae among others.
